It's been a rough several years in every area. I couldn't be more surprised nor more happy. He took the rest of the information, made sure it was the right model, and told me they would be sending me out a replacement. When I told Arnold, (the Black & Decker online employee that was helping me) that I thought I might have left the receipt on the counter at Walmart when I was trying to return the item I couldn't see him, but I want to say he didn't bat an eye. Now, with no receipt, all of those happy thoughts were gone. I had begun to think that Black & Decker was going to do something good for me with the dustbuster. I looked at my car, my pockets, just everywhere. They also asked me for a picture of the receipt. Again, immediately I was sent another email asking my name, home address, telephone number, model number of the dustbuster and I think a couple of other things.

Immediately they got to the question of what happened. It was late at night, I did not expect a response at that time. I've never contacted Black & Decker before, but usually when companies say that it takes a while. The email form I filled out said somebody would be in touch with me. That would be Walmart, not Black & Decker.

I did notice a little piece of tape on the box when I purchased it, and I think it was returned and put back on the Shelf without being checked for all the parts. To be honest, I really didn't expect much because I knew the fault of there being no charger most likely was not because of them.

My brand new dustbuster, unfortunately, was useless.
